Welcome to Craftaru.com. Every ceramic piece we create is carefully handcrafted and, in many cases, personalized especially for you. Please read our Delivery & Shipping Policy to understand our production, shipping, and delivery process.

1. Order Processing

Because each item is handmade, every order requires time to create before it is shipped.

  • Most orders are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Personalized or custom-made items may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design.
  • Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated processing times are displayed on each product page.

2. Shipping

Once your order is completed, it will be carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

We offer multiple shipping options during checkout depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight
  • Selected shipping method

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping service selected.

Typical estimates are:

  • United States: 10–15 business days
  • Canada: 10–18 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Unexpected delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier issues, or peak holiday seasons may occur.

4. Tracking Information

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking information to monitor your package throughout the delivery process.

5. International Shipping

Craftaru proudly ships worldwide.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • VAT or local taxes

These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Craftaru has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@craftaru.com.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify the shipping address.

Craftaru is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Customs inspections
  • Postal carrier delays
  • High seasonal demand
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will gladly assist you.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution if applicable.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking with:

  • Family members
  • Neighbors
  • Your local postal carrier

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, personalized and handmade items cannot be canceled because they are created specifically for each customer.

10. Personalized Products

Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order.

Craftaru is not responsible for errors submitted by customers, including:

  • Misspelled names
  • Incorrect dates
  • Wrong personalization details
  • Incorrect uploaded photos

If you discover an error shortly after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
