Craftaru is not responsible for errors submitted by customers, including misspelled names, incorrect dates, or inaccurate customization information.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on your destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Craftaru is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs inspections, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Refund & Returns

Personalized Items

Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Personalized Items

Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and include photographs of the product and packaging.

9. Product Care

Our ceramics are handcrafted and individually painted.

Minor variations in color, brushstrokes, glaze, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade products and should not be considered defects.
