These Terms of Service apply to your use of craftaru.com and purchases from Craftaru, operated by NTMD LLC. Our store is hosted on Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies presented to you at checkout, subject to your mandatory rights under applicable law.

Products and set options

We sell wooden baby gyms and handmade crochet hanging toys, including made-to-order and personalized products. Product pages describe the available designs, dimensions, set options and included items.

Please check the selected option before purchasing. Baby Gym + Toys, Frame Only and Toys Only are different options; not every purchase includes both a wooden frame and toys. The selected variant determines the contents and price of your order.

Photographs help illustrate the products. Screen settings can affect perceived colors, and minor handmade or natural wood variations may occur. Products must nevertheless conform to the agreed description and applicable requirements.

Orders, payment and pricing

Provide accurate contact, shipping and payment information. Prices and the currency used for payment are displayed on the storefront and at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, discounts and checkout taxes are shown before payment.

If a material listing, pricing or availability error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed order price without your consent. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund the payment received for it.

Future price or policy changes do not retrospectively change an order already agreed with you, unless required by law or agreed with you.

Made-to-order products and confirmation

We prepare products according to your selected design and agreed personalization. Please review all names, spelling and other custom details carefully. We confirm order details before dispatch; respond promptly so your order can proceed.

Processing is normally 7–10 business days, separate from transit time. Time spent waiting for your confirmation may extend the dispatch date. We will communicate any material change to the expected timing.

If the finished product does not match the details agreed with you because of our error, we will resolve the issue at our expense. Pre-shipment confirmation does not waive rights concerning defects or incorrect goods.

Cancellations and changes

Requests to cancel or change an order must be sent to craftaru.sp@gmail.com within one hour of placing the order. Include the order number and requested action. Eligible cancellations receive a full refund.

After that window, voluntary cancellation or changes to made-to-order and personalized orders are generally unavailable. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Shipping and returns

Products ship from Vietnam using DDP service. We cover applicable import duties and import taxes under that service. Applicable sales tax collected at checkout is separate.

Free Standard shipping is available for United States orders of $70 or more after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges. Other shipping services and destinations have the charges shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for processing times, transit estimates and tracking.

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns. Defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete goods are addressed under our Refund & Returns Policy, with Craftaru covering the full cost of the agreed remedy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, warranty or refund rights.

Product use and care

Our baby gyms are intended for babies 0–6 months, subject to the instructions supplied with the particular product and the baby's stage of development. Adult supervision is required during use. A baby gym is a play product, not a sleep product, and does not replace supervision.

Follow the supplied assembly and use instructions. Inspect the frame, attachments and toys regularly. Stop use if a component is loose, damaged or presents a hazard, and contact us. Do not modify the product or add cords or attachments that have not been specified for it.

We recommend spot-cleaning with a soft, damp cloth. Gentle hand-washing of crochet toys may cause fuzzing or pilling and change their appearance. Avoid harsh scrubbing, wringing and soaking the wooden frame; allow cleaned components to dry fully before use. Follow any more specific care instructions provided with your product.

These instructions do not constitute a claim of certification or guarantee suitability beyond the actual product instructions.

Accounts and communications

Keep account credentials secure and ensure the email address provided with your order is correct. We may send order-related messages about confirmation, payment, dispatch and support.

Marketing subscriptions are handled separately from necessary order communications and in accordance with applicable consent requirements. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails.

Website content and permitted use

Craftaru's branding, original photographs, text and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Buying a physical product does not transfer rights to reproduce its protected design or our website content. Rights in customer-provided material remain with their respective owners.

Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent information, interfere with its operation, or use its content unlawfully. You must have permission to provide any third-party material used in a personalization request.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Necessary order details may be shared with service providers and the people fulfilling your order in Vietnam for production, delivery and customer support.

Responsibility and applicable rights

We are responsible for fulfilling orders in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law. Shipping delays, handmade variations or customer approval are not blanket exclusions of that responsibility.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you have a concern, contact us so we can seek an appropriate resolution.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future website use and orders. The version presented when you place your order governs that order, subject to applicable law.
